Alizeh Bashir has extensive experience working on contentious and non-contentious matters with a strong focus on litigation and dispute resolution. She has represented major domestic and international clients in civil and commercial matters across sectors, most notably in the banking and finance, information technology and media, music, aviation, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and tobacco industries.
In addition to co-leading the litigation practice, Alizeh regularly acts and advises in relation to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and labour, securities and competition laws. Her scope of experience has been vastly enhanced through her work on constitutional matters with the office of the Advocate General of Sindh. She has also served as an Assistant Attorney General for Pakistan.
Alizeh was nominated as a Rising Star in Litigation by the Women in Business Law Awards (2022). She has also been named as “highly regarded” for Dispute Resolution by the Legal 500 (2025).
