In addition to co-leading the litigation practice, Maria has advised and acted in commercial arbitration matters for the firm. She also brings a diverse and extensive understanding of constitutional, financial crime, and civil law matters having worked on several complex cases with the offices of the Additional Attorney General for Pakistan and the Advocate General of Sindh. Maria has been nominated for practice area awards in Litigation (2021) and Commercial Arbitration (2021) by the Women in Business Law Awards. She has also been named as “highly regarded” for Dispute Resolution by the Legal 500 (2025).
